Vatican Hunks

Can one expect to see nekkid men on Vatican stamps?
Yes, one can, though only a few, in the proper religious context.
Here are some. I have none after 1980.
These, from the 1960-s and 70-s are a bad investment; they are worth very little.
They are the Vatican's only export product; one with high profits,
since few will require a postal service, so the only expense for the Vatican is the printing.

Note the stamps commemorating the Swiss Guard.
Applicants must be Catholic, Swiss, between 19 and 30 years old, hunky, and well hung.
There is a waiting list, and new ones are taken once every year.
The selection procedure is a closely guarded secret, performed by cardinals and bishops.
Over a thousand guards are needed, officially as bodyguards to the pope.
A sort of Schutzstaffel, then. Protection - in medieval armor?
They usually stand around, and you will only see some of them.
The rest have different tasks, especially during hot summer siestas and ditto nights.
This is why new ones have to be found each year.
Finding Swiss young men is also practical - when they escort prelates (in plain clothes)
on their visits to Swiss banks.

Good old Sebastian is on one stamp, and no one is paying attention to him.
